Our Client, IT Software Company, developing a new project in Romania
Requirements:
- At least three to five years demonstrable experience in a similar function (PM)
- Proven development experience in the field of software engineering, online gaming and social communities
- Industry experience in Gaming, eSports, Media and Social Networks
- Independent work
- High degree of leadership ability to coordinate
- Experience using SCRUM software development methodology
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Good German language skills (spoken and written) is an advantage
- In addition, you conveniently stand out through your reliability and teamwork
- User needs analysis and design of new features based on the development strategy and your own ideas.
- Preparation of contract specifications, requirements and functional specifications
- Project- and development planning
- Resource planning and coordination with other departments
- Build and implement effective project monitoring
