Our client is part of a multinational corporation present in 15 countries. Rooted in the tradition of its 100-year history, the company faces market demands and the expectations and wishes of its customers using its expertise in product development, logistics and production, developing and producing on-board harnesses.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics or Psychology;
- Previous experience in recruting and personal administration is a must;
- Willing to travel in the country and abroad (50% - 100% of the time work);
- Proficiency in computer skills;
- English at an advanced level is a must;
- Relocation Timisoara.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the implementation of HR policies in working points of the company all over the world ;
- Participates in improving and developing new tools and working HR procedures;
- Provides support for the implementation of HR programs and policies;
- Participates in recruitment and selection processes.
