Lead and coach a successful team of multilingual agents by giving them support and concrete team contribution when needed.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing by developing sales leads and new business opportunities for the company
Cold calling, introducing the company, our products and managing any queries received and following up on them
Set goals and targets for your team to maintain a certain number of calls per day towards delivery plan.
Ability to extract qualifying information and to identify and attract potential clients, generating new sales leads.
Ability to work well with Excel spreadsheets
Cerinte:
Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in banking or IT products
Fluency in English + French and /or German is mandatory
Proven coaching ability
